Katrina Khanta

Katrina Khanta is a Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR) professional who is currently working to protect the magic at The Walt Disney Company. Khanta is a cybersecurity expert with a diverse background of experiences that range from working overseas to combat human trafficking to securing sensitive data and forensically analyzing ransomware attacks for organizations across both the public and private sector. Khanta frequently attends technical conferences and has also been a speaker at multiple security conferences. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Science (D.Sc.) in Cybersecurity at Marymount University and also performs forensic analysis to assist in private investigations. Her research areas of interest include smartphone forensics, data privacy, cyber threat intelligence, and analyzing the security and privacy of emerging technologies.
