Kavita Thapliyal

Kavita Thapliyal is an Associate Professor of Business Communication and Soft Skills and the Transformational Speaker and Chief Corporate Trainer at Amity International Business School at Amity University, Noida, India. She has published eight books, which have been successfully incorporated into the course curriculum at several universities in India. She is a regular speaker on management, literature, and women’s empowerment in industry. She also has been a Soft Skills and Behavioral Development Trainer for the Central Reserve Police Force, Indian Army, Border Security Force, and police personnel.
