Kelly Guidry

Kelly Guidry (she/hers) is an Assistant Professor at Tarleton State University. Dr. Guidry is a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified School Counselor in the the state of Texas. Dr. Guidry's research is helping educators to understand the unique needs of marginalized populations in public schools, the impact of grief and loss on mental health, sports counseling and student-athlete mental wellness, and wilderness counseling. Also, Dr. Guidry has a private practice seeing clients utilizing multiple therapeutic techniques including Sandtray therapy.
