Leon Poshai

Leon Poshai is a Lecturer in the Department of Governance and Public Management at the Midlands State University (MSU) in Zimbabwe. He holds a BSc Honours Degree in Public Administration (2013), a Master of Public Administration Degree from the University of Zimbabwe (2017), and a PhD degree in Public Administration (2022) from the University of the Western Cape in South Africa. His current research focuses on the digitalisation of higher education institutions.
