Lukas Matati Josua

Lukas Matati Josua is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of High Education and Lifelong Learning at the University of Namibia (UNAM), Oshakati Campus. He holds a PhD in Educational Management and Administration from UNAM and the Postgraduate Diploma in High Education for Academic Developers from Rhodes University, South Africa. Matati holds a Master of Education (Education Management and Administration) and Bachelor of Education (English and Business Studies). His research interests are on issues such decoloniality, high education context, educational management and leadership as well as the pedagogy of English as a Second Language.
