Maggy Brusselmans

Maggy Brusselmans has been working as an English Language teacher educator at the Multidisciplinary Institute for Teacher Education at the VUB since 2016. She was an English teacher in secondary and adult education for 24 years. In June 2021, she successfully completed the ‘Study of the United States Institutes for Secondary Educators’ at ITD Amherst and obtained a grant by the Mansfield Center of the University of Montana to organize the workshop “How to queer your English lesson?”. She is an active member of BELTA, the Belgian English Language Teacher's Association.
