Manuel Filipe Santos

Manuel Filipe Santos received his Ph.D. in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) from the University of Minho (UMinho), Portugal, in 2000. He is associate professor with habilitation at the Department of Information Systems, UMinho, teaching undergraduate and graduate classes of Business Intelligence and Decision Support Systems. He is the head of Intelligent Data Systems group ( of the R&D Algoritmi Centre, with the current research interests: Business Intelligence and Decision Support Systems; Data Mining and Machine Learning (Learning Classifier Systems); Grid Data Mining.
