Maria Dolores de-Acuña

M.D. De Acuña received her PhD degree in Physics from the University of Seville in 1992. As a researcher, she developed her research activity at the National Institute of Nuclear Physics (INFN) in Padua (Italy). Since 1998 she has been working as a consultant and project manager on several business sectors, in areas related to methodologies, process improvements, Quality Assurance and PMO. Since 2007 she is an Associate Lecturer in the Department of Computer Languages and Systems at the University of Seville and is currently a collaborator of the Engineering and Science for Software Systems research group (ES3). Her main areas of interest are process methodology, agile methodologies, ITIL and DevOps.
