Marie L. Hall

Marie L. Hall is currently a Strategy and Management Consulting executive at Accenture Federal Services. She has extensive operations research and systems analysis experience optimally allocating and forecasting manpower, designing, and directing war games for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Strategic Seminars, as Chief Data Scientist at the Defense Intelligence Agency, and as the Director of Programs, Budget and Acquisition for the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center. She has served on the faculty at West Point, in both the Department of Mathematical Sciences and as the Chief of the Institutional Research and Analysis Branch. She has also served a combat tour on the NATO Training Mission Afghanistan / Combined Security Transition Command – Afghanistan. She graduated from West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and holds two Master’s in Engineering Management, and Operations Analysis. She currently lives in Arlington, Virginia and is enrolled in the Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) at Marymount University.
