Max Shatkin

Max ShatkinMaxim Shatkin received his Candidate of Sciences in Philosophy degree (PhD) from Saratov State University in 2004. In 2017 he received his master's degree in Theology, defending his thesis on the theological analysis of genetic experiments. Since 2018, he has been working at Povolzhsky Institute of Management named after P.A. Stolypin, a branch of Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. His research concerns the trends in the transformation of higher education under digitalization and platformization of society.
