Area of interest being Consumer Behavior & Market Research, Marketing Management and Customer Sustainability. Is Six Sigma Green Belt. Expertise in SPSS,AMOS,Tableau. Published more than 15 publications including Research papers in Scopus, International and National Journals. Many papers presented in International and National Conferences.
