Melanie J. Ashleigh

Melanie Ashleigh works part time as a psychotherapist and on a part time contract as an Associate Professor in the area of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management for Southampton Business School. Originally an HR specialist in industry, Melanie has a wealth of experience in HRM, managing people and is experienced in training teams within both educational and commercial business settings. Melanie’s current research projects include; trust in business to business, talent management, graduate recruitment, career development and employability. She has published extensively in these areas in journals including Career Development International, Human Resource Development, International Journal of Human Resource Management, and Personnel Review.
