Melody Tang

Melody TangMelody Tang is a PhD candidate at the School of Education, Culture and Society (ECS), Faculty of Education, Monash University, Australia. She holds a unique combination of Master of Education and Master of Applied Finance from Monash University, which has allowed her to gain valuable expertise and work experience in both the education and business sectors. Her research interests include agency, capital, and graduate employability, with her PhD project focusing on the employability of Chinese international graduates in the Australian labor market. Melody is in the final year of her PhD candidature and is excited about sharing more meaningful findings from her studies.
