Ömer Karademir

Ömer Karademir graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Commerce and Tourism Education, in 2009, and from Anadolu University, Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, in 2014. In the same year, he graduated from Gazi University, Graduate School of Educational Sciences, and in 2020 from Sakarya University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Business Administration, Management, and Organization. He worked in the Turkish Grain Board from 2009 to 2011. Since 2011, he has been teaching as an academic at the Kastamonu University at the undergraduate and associate levels. He studies the fields of management, organizational behaviour, strategic management, entrepreneurship, and human resources and has published several studies in these fields.
