Merry Ruth Morauda Gutierrez is a full time faculty of CGSTER, PNU-Manila. She is the graduate college representative to the University Curriculum and Instructional Materials Management Office. She earned her PhD in Reading Education under the CHED Scholarship Grant for Dissertation Writing.
