Nadine E. Franz

Nadine E. Franz , Ed.D., is an Affiliate Clinical Professor and Graduate Writing Coordinator in the Research and Writing Development Center within the Ed.D., Learning and Organizational Change Program in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Baylor University. Dr. Franz's primary research foci include workplace ageism, DEI, workplace marginalization, and similar topics. Her research primarily addresses creating equitable, inclusive, and non-ageist work environments that foster a sense of equity, inclusion, and belonging for underrepresented and aging employees and job seekers.
