Nagihan Kartal

Nagihan Kartal is a Research Assistant at Istanbul Topkapı University Management Information Systems Department (since March, 2021). She continues his master's degree in Business Administration at Istanbul University. She is currently at the thesis stage and is carrying out her thesis on organizational behavior.
