Natalia Lutsenko was born in Rostov region in 1972, graduated from Teachers Training College in Taganrog in 1995, worked as an English teacher at Universities of Russia, got CELTA certificate in 2017, got a diploma of post graduate studies in 2022, interested in language studies and aspects of teaching languages.
