Nicoleta Valentina Florea

Florea Nicoleta Valentina is a PhD Associate Professor and a PhD supervisor in Management, Valahia University of Targoviste, Romania. She published 94 articles, 14 books and 6 book chapters in the fields she is teaching: HRM, CRM, Communication, Business simulation, and Marketing. She is a member of AVES, CRMMS, and EUMMAS. In 2018 and 2023 she received Erasmus+ teaching scholarships in Poland and Hungary. From 2018 she is a trainer, teaching HRM, Communication, CRM, and entrepreneurial competencies.
