Nikolay L. Kharchenko

Nikolay Kharchenko was born March 20, 1989. Graduated from the Russian State Social University in 2011 as a Linguist-Interpreter. From 2018 to the present, he has been working as a Senior Lecturer at The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. He is the author of more than 40 scientific papers.
