Nina Szczygiel is a professor of Management at the Dept. of Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering and Tourism of the University of Aveiro, Portugal. Her research interests include well-being in societies, organizations and individuals, human mobility and integration, and networks. She is particularly interested in psychosocial and emotional aspects of work.
