Ovat Egbe Okpa

Ovat Okpa received his B.Ed, 2005, M.Ed, 2010 and Ph.D in 2015 respectively from the University of Calabar. He is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management, University of Calabar-Cross River State-Nigeria. He has over forty (40) publications in both local and international reputable Journals. His research area is educational leadership, policy studies, pedagogy, management, funding and administration of higher education.
