Patrocinio Zaragoza-Sáez (PhD, University of Alicante, Spain) is a Professor at the Department of Business Management at the University of Alicante, Spain. She holds the position of Coordinator of the University Master’s Degree in Tourism Management and Planning. Her primary research interests are knowledge management and intellectual capital, strategic management and tourism management. She has published research papers in international journals including Journal of Business Research, Regional Studies, Journal of Knowledge Management, Knowledge Management Research and Practice, Journal of Intellectual Capital, International Journal of Knowledge Management Studies, Business Strategy & Environment, Intangible Capital, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management Current Issues in Tourism, Cornell Hospitality Quarterly, Tourism Economics and Tourism Management.
