Paula Cortez Loureiro

Paula Loureiro is a Professor at the Management School of IPCA. Has a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and she is a Ph.D. student in Business Sciences, with several publications in the areas of Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior. Her research interests are career management, skills management, social innovation, active learning methodologies, among others.
