Pınar Şenel

Pınar Şenel is an assistant professor in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Anadolu University, Turkey. She received her master’s degree and Ph.D. in Tourism Management at Anadolu University. She mainly teaches issues related to restaurant design and kitchen planning. Her research focuses on design and atmosphere in gastronomy.
