Prashant C. Palvia is Associate Professor of Management Information Systems in the Department of Management Information Systems and Decision Sciences at Memphis State University. Previously, he spent 9 years in industry. His research interests include international information systems, strategic information systems, database design, software engineering, SDLC Methods, and MIS in small business. He has published in several journals including Decision Sciences, ACM Transactions on Database Systems, Information and Management, Information Resources Management Journal, Information Systems, Interface, and Information Sciences.
