Siva Shankar Ramasamy did Master of Computer Applications and Doctoral degree from Gandhigram Rural Institute [Ministry of Human Resource Development-India], Tamil Nadu, India. He worked in the National Institute of Technology-Trichy., and Madanapalle Institute of Technology & Science, India. He is a Life Member of “Computer Society of India” and “International Association of Engineers”. He is currently working in the International College of Digital Innovation-Chiang Mai University, Thailand. His contributions are associated with 3 Research Patents, 25 International research articles and 2 national level Projects. He is currently doing research in the areas of Sustainability Development, Medical Image Segmentation, IoT, Rural Reconstruction, Cross Border E-Commerce, Digital Business and Blue Economy.
