Rajan Thangaveloo

Rajan Thangaveloo , CCSP, CEM, is a Senior Lecturer at Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology in Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). He obtained his MSc in Network Systems Engineering (2007) and B. Eng (Hons) in Computer Engineering (2006) both from University of Plymouth, UK. His research interests include Computer Security, Network Security and Mobile Security. He has conducted undergraduate and postgraduate courses on Network and Security related courses since 1998. He is Certified in Cyber Security Professional (CCSP) by CCSD Council and also Certified Energy Manager (CEM) by AEMAS. Member of Malaysian Board of Technologies since 2020 and IAENG (International Association of Engineers) since 2020. So far, he has published 2 book chapter and 9 papers in journal and conferences. He is leading 1 research grant and member of 3 other research grant.
