Rajani S. Kamath

Rajani Kamath pursued her Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science from Mangalore University. She received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Shivaji University Kolhapur and completed the same in 2011. She has 17 years of teaching and research experience. She has been teaching courses such as M.C.A, M.Sc. Computer Science and M.B.A. Business Analytics and her current research areas are Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and ICT-based Pedagogy. Dr. Kamath has to her credit 50+ research papers published in reputed national and international journals and presented 15+ papers at conferences. She is the author of six books and the chapter published in Encyclopedia of Information Science and Technology 4th Edition by IGI Global Publishing. She has completed two minor research funded by UGC and one project funded by Maharashtra State Commission for Women. Dr. Kamath has organized various academic programs collaboratively with reputed educational institutes such as IIT Bombay, Shivaji University Kolhapur. She has been invited as a resource person for Conference/Workshop/FDP/Guest Lecture. She is serving various academic and research administration committees at the institute such as the Board of Studies of MCA & MSc, Admission Committee, Alumni Executive Committee, Squad Panel, and M.Phil Viva Voce Examination Panel. She has worked on different committees of Shivaji University such as the BOS Sub Committee MCA Science, and MCA Science Practical Examination.
