Ray Sylvester

Ray Sylvester is a professor of marketing and personal branding. Dr. Sylvester is deeply committed to crafting innovative and relevant academic programs that effectively engage, equip, and empower students towards successful careers. He possesses a comprehensive grasp of diverse disciplinary perspectives pertaining to professional development, which he incorporates into his research, coaching, speaking, and consulting through a transdisciplinary approach. This approach is based on multi-perspective conceptual and theoretical frameworks that encompass critical aspects such as career and professional development, personal and business brand identity, value, and community, employee branding, strategy, leadership, social psychology, and social media. Dr. Sylvester holds the title of Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is a global presenter with numerous publication credits. Additionally, he co-wrote Europe's inaugural music business program. He has experience working across various industry sectors, from SMEs to multinational corporations. Dr. Sylvester has coached senior executives, elite athletes, and chart-topping artists/musicians.
