Rebekah R. Luong

Rebekah R. Luong is a Clinical Instructor and Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) Program Director in the Department of Nutrition and Family Sciences at the University of Central Arkansas (UCA). She also serves as Internship Coordinator for the Family and Consumer Sciences Program. Rebekah is a certified 7-12 FCS educator with an endorsement in career and technical education, and a former UCA Service-Learning Faculty Fellow. She teaches undergraduate courses in family and consumer sciences, including a service-learning senior capstone course. Rebekah received her M.S. from the University of Central Arkansas in family and consumer sciences. She is also a Certified Family and Consumer Sciences Educator (CFCS) through the American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences.
