Riad S. Aisami

Riad Aisami is a professor and instructional technology program advisor in the College of Education at Troy University, Troy, Alabama. He earned his Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. He has been teaching in-class and online instructional technology graduate courses since 2001. Before devoting his full time to academia, he had over fifteen years in the field of job training and workforce development. Riadhas over 20 scholarly publications, including authoring two encyclopedia chapters and co-authoring one in online learning. He also published multiple papers in instructional design, performance improvement, online learning, instructional multimedia, and graphic design for learning and performance. Also, he has over 25 professional presentations at national and international conferences. He conducted several faculty professional training workshops focused on instructional design and using Blackboard to teach online courses.
