Riham Adel

Riham Adel is a professor at the College of Management & Technology, Arab Academy for Sciences, Technology and Maritime, Transport, Egypt. She is a certified EFQM Assessor and Six Sigma Green Belt. She has been awarded her PhD degree in Automation of Technological Processes from VSB-Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic. Her research interest is multidisciplinary related to operations management and technology with a specific focus on studying value creation and organization excellence within profit as well as non-profit organizations.
