Rita Alegria

Rita Alegria is a Speech and Language Pathologist since 2000. Rita is graduated at the Porto College of Health Technology and has a PhD in 'Language Disorders and Development, Specialty Language Disorders'. Rita has been a lecturer at the School of Health Fernando Pessoa, Portugal since 2008. Her research focuses on speech therapy in an aquatic setting for patients with unilateral vocal fold paralysis or with bilateral vocal fold nodules. Additionally, her roles include that of; Clinical Supervisor, Scientific Reviewer (in her area of expertise), Guest Lecturer at Domestic and International congresses/workshops and is a published Author/Co-Author in National and International journals.
