S. M. Aamir Ali is an Assistant Professor of Law at Symbiosis Law School, Pune, Symbiosis International (Deemed University) Pune. He is pursuing his PhD from National University of Juridical Science, West Bengal, India. He completed his Masters of Law (LL. M) in Human Rights specialisation from National Law School of India University, Bangalore, India and his B.A. LL. B (Hons.) from Aligarh Muslim University.
