S. Uma

S. Uma is Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Hindusthan College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. She received her B.E., degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) in First Class with Distinction from P.S.G. College of Technology, M.S.,(By Res.,)., degree from Anna University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. She received her Ph.D., in the faculty of Information and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai with High Commendation. She has 31 years of academic experience and organized many National and International seminars, workshops and conferences. She has published more than 100 research papers in National and International Conferences, Journals, Book Chapters, and Books. She has published more than 20 patents. She is a recognized Supervisor of Anna University, Chennai and has supervised several research projects. She is a potential reviewer of International Journals by leading publishers such as Springer, IGI Global, IET, AICV etc., and Member of Professional Bodies like ISTE, CSI, IEEE, IAENG, etc., She is a recipient of “Bharath Jyoti”, “Certificate of Excellence” and “Best Citizen of India” Awards. Her research interests are Pattern Recognition and Analysis of Non Linear Time Series Data, AI and Digital Analytics
