Saif Allah Allouani

Saif Allah Allouani is an Associate Professor of Intercultural Management and Organizational Behavior at the Business School- ENCG- Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah University- FES, Morocco. His teaching and research focus on Human flourishing, particularly emphasizing Well-being, Practical Wisdom, and Character Education. A seasoned counselor and trainer, he leverages his experience to craft specific coaching and training programs with a broad societal outreach. His latest book, "You Shall not Languish, an anti-guide for Wisdom and Well-being," features some of his key ideas about the ailment of our educational system and some directions for corrective actions. He works with the Wisdom and Culture Lab of the University of Waterloo to develop a culturally grounded understanding and measurement of constructs related to wisdom, character, and culture.
