Sara de Sousa

Sara de Sousa has a PhD in Psychology, by Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto (FPCEUP). Undergraduate degree in Occupational Therapy by Polytechnic University of Porto – School of Health (ESS-P.PORTO) and Master’s degree in Psychiatry and Mental Health by Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (FMUP). Advanced training in: Sociodrama by the Portuguese Psychodrama Society, Mindfulness in health contexts by FMUP and Health Management area by Porto Executive Academy – P.PORTO). Interests: mental health, lifestyle redesign, stigma of mental illness, community psychiatry.
