Sarah Yousry El-Gamal

Sarah El-Gamal , Assistant professor in e-Business and the Head of Logistics and Supply Chain Management Department - College of International Transport and Logistics. I started my professional career in 2004 as a graduate teaching assistant in the Productivity and Quality Institute (PQI) after graduating from the Faculty of Engineering - Electronics and Communication Department and joined the Master Program of Total Quality Management where I graduated in 2006. In 2009, I joined the University of Northumbria, UK to continue further investigations in Learning Management Systems as a PhD candidate, where I was granted my PhD in 2014. Since then, I been specialised in the teaching and design of master and diploma courses specialised in the field of Management Information Systems at the PQI, besides tutoring in various quality management training courses (ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 & 27001) as a certified tutor from International Register for Certified Auditors (IRCA). I held the position of the Head of Quality Assurance from 2018 to 2020, where I was in charge of national and international accreditation files such as ISO 900, NAQAAE, and AACSB.
