Shana Redd

Shana Redd Sleep joined UNO from Michigan State University, where she received her BA (2007), MBA (2011), and Ph.D. (2021) in Marketing Strategy. Between her academic stints at MSU, she has held industry positions in CPG consulting, new product development, and brand management and has worked with NCH Marketing Services, Domino Foods, Kraft Foods, and Whirlpool Corporation, among others. Inspired by her substantive experiences, Shana's research and teaching interests focus on the empirical analysis of firm performance related to marketing strategy, including brand management and new product and service innovation.
