Shashanka Rajendrachari

Dr. Shashanka Rajendrachari holds a Ph.D. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, Odisha, India, completed in 2016. Prior to this, he earned an M.Tech. in Nano Science and Technology and an M.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry from Kuvempu University in Shankaraghatta, Karnataka, India, in 2011 and 2009 respectively, following a B.Sc. from Sahyadri Science College, Kuvempu University, in 2007. His research interests encompass various fields including powder metallurgy, nano-structured materials, corrosion science, high entropy and smart alloys, mechanical alloying, and electrochemical sensors. Dr. Shashanka has an impressive record of achievements and awards, including recognition from prestigious institutions like CSIR and PMAI, and being listed in the top 2% of scientists globally by Stanford University. He has extensive research and teaching experience, having worked as a Senior Research Fellow and Assistant Professor in renowned institutions in India and Turkey. Dr. Shashanka has secured funding for several research projects and has authored numerous research articles, book chapters, and patents in the field of materials science and engineering. He has also contributed significantly to academic committees and published several books and edited volumes on various topics related to materials engineering and electrochemistry.
