Shibu Puthalath

Shibu Puthalath , after obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature, got LL. B from the School of Legal Studies, Kannur University. He had his LL.M from the Department of Law, Kannur University with the First rank. His areas of expertise include Constitutional Law and Administrative Law. He had completed his MPA (Master of Public Administration) from Pondicherry Central University and also had M A in Criminology and Police Administration from Madurai Kama Raj University. At Kannur University, Kerala, he served as Assistant Professor of Law and Coordinator of the Legal Aid Clinic. In 2018, He joined as an Assistant Professor of Law and currently pursuing Ph. D. at CHRIST University, Bangalore. He has 12 years of teaching experience and his areas of interest are Clinical Legal Education, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Human Rights, Criminology, and Criminal Law. He authored a book entitled Defective Police Investigation. He has also published articles in journals and presented papers at national and international conferences.
