Shu-Yuan Lin

Shu-yuan Lin is currently a Clinical Professor of the College of Education at Idaho State University. She has several years of teaching experience as an English teacher in Taiwan. Since 2007, She has been teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, such as ESL foundations and methods, education equity and ethics, elementary and secondary methods, planning instruction for digital formats, etc. Her research interests and special projects focus on concept mapping, English as a second/foreign language instruction, family engagement, technology integration in K-16 instruction, standards-based teacher assessments, simulations in ESL, accessibility in instructional materials and learning activities for multilingual learners, and equity and ethics in K-12 education.
