Shuhudha Rizwan

Shuhudha Rizwan works as a Senior Curriculum Development Analyst at the School of Research and Development at the National Institute of Education. She has 26 years of experience in the education sector, starting as a teacher. Since 2007, she has been an education development professional and currently plays a key role in conducting policy research related to the development of the education sector in the Maldives. She is also involved in developing national-level policies on curriculum implementation and teacher professional development. Ms. Shuhudha has led the development of the Maldives National Professional Standards for Teachers, the National Professional Development Framework for Teachers, and the School-Based Professional Development Policy.
