Silvia Fernandes is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Algarve. Holds a PhD from this university and is member of Cinturs (Research Centre for Tourism, Sustainability and Well-being). Lectures Information Technology/Systems and Innovation Management in undergraduate and master courses. Has several publications in books and journals, and communications in international conferences in themes such as: enterprise information systems, smart tourism, open innovation, etc.
