Simona Magdalena Hainagiu

Simona Magdalena Hainagiu is a senior lecturer of Psychology with the National University of Science and Technology PolItechnica Bucharest, Department of Teacher Education and Social Sciences. She has an extensive experience for the past 15 years as practitioner in the field of clinical psychology, career consultancy, psychological assessment, psychotherapy, training and professional development, in various educational and professional settings, in for profit and non-profit organisations. She has participated in a wide range of research and educational projects, in a national or international level. Simona has signed a significant number of research papers and books on clinical psychology, cognitive psychology or educational subjects. Her research interests group around subjects like: mental health and wellbeing in organisations, mindset and cognitive psychology, neuropsychology of human behaviour.
