Simona Sternad Zabukovšek is an associate professor of E-business and Information Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Maribor. Her research areas include business process reengineering (BPR), business information solutions (ERP, CRM) with a focus on comparative analysis in different cultures, e-business with a focus on e-business models, concepts of e-learning vs. blended learning and implementation of them in organizations, user acceptance of IT/IS, digital transformation and information management.
