Sreeparna Bhattacharyya , Assistant Professor (HRM-OB), Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Institute of Management Science, Kolkata & Ph.D. Scholar, SOIM, Silver Oak University, Ahmedabad. Her Ph.D. research area covers sustainable human resource management. Her interest area also covers talent management, change management, and well-being. She has published in various reputed national, and international journals, conference proceedings, and book chapters. She has presented her papers at international and national conferences. She has done her M.A. in Psychology (I/O) and M.B.A. (HRM and Marketing) with 1st Class. She has worked as a resource person in various workshops and courses. She is a Sub-Editor of ‘The Kolkata Kindle’ Committee, a journal published by the National Human Resource Development Network, Kolkata Chapter.
