Suja John

Suja John is a Professor of Tourism Studies with the School of Business and Management, CHRIST (Deemed to be University). She has been associated with Christ University for over 20 years in various capacities. To her credit, she has received copyright ownership for her work titled ‘Bamboo the “Green Gold”: A Strategic Resilient to Control Climate Change Issues Catalyst to attain Sustainable Development Goals. She has published two books, ‘Community-Based Decentralized Waste Management for Sustainable Tourism’ and ‘Tourists Behaviour in the Age of Climate Change.’ Dr Suja is a subject expert for the Tourism E-Content Development Project -National Mission on Education through ICT, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. As a part of the project, she developed two core papers: Hygiene and Sanitation and Geography for Tourism. She has also published research articles in International and national referred journals and participated and presented papers in various conferences and seminars in India and abroad.
