Sumaya Namuwaya

Sumaya Namuwaya is a passionate accountant and customer care specialist with experience in the banking sector. She received her bachelor of accounting and finance from Kyambogo University in 2019 and works as a collections officer with Absa Bank Uganda Limited. She's pursuing her professional certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Uganda. Her research interests include Finance and Accounts, Auditing, and Customer care excellence.
